Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Razi Professional Academy (RPA) website and enrollment in our courses. By registering for a course, you agree to the terms below.

1. Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed once registration is submitted and, where applicable, course fees are received. RPA reserves the right to decline or postpone enrollment for a batch that has not reached minimum capacity.

2. Class conduct

Students are expected to attend live sessions on time, behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students, and avoid sharing joining links with non‑enrolled individuals.

3. Course materials

All recordings, notes, slides and practice files shared during a course are for the personal use of enrolled students only and may not be redistributed or resold.

4. Fees and payment

Course fees are communicated at the time of registration. Payment schedules (one‑time or installment) vary by course and are confirmed before the batch begins.

5. Attendance and completion

Certificates of completion are issued to students who meet the attendance and assessment requirements of their specific course, as communicated by the instructor.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

RPA may reschedule or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify students as early as possible with an alternate session or make‑up class.

7. No affiliation disclaimer

RPA's O & A Level tuition, and any other exam‑preparation courses, are independent tutoring services. RPA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any examination board, university, or government testing body referenced by students (including NTS, PPSC, FPSC, or any O/A Level examination board).

8. Limitation of liability

While RPA aims to prepare students thoroughly, we do not guarantee specific exam results, grades, or job outcomes. Our responsibility is limited to providing the instruction described for each course.

10. Changes to these terms

RPA may update these terms from time to time. Continued enrollment or use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
