Refund Policy

We want every student to feel confident about enrolling with RPA. This policy explains when a refund is available.
1. Free trial first
Most courses offer a free trial class before payment is required — we recommend attending this before enrolling, since it is the best way to confirm a course is the right fit.
2. Refund eligibility

| Cancel before the batch starts | Full refund |
| Cancel within the first week of a paid batch | Partial refund (minus admin charges) |
| Cancel after the first week | No refund; credit toward a future batch may be offered at RPA's discretion |
| RPA cancels or cannot deliver a batch | Full refund or free transfer to another batch |
3. How to request a refund
Email raziprofessionalacademy@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your registration details and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method where possible.
4. Non‑refundable items
One‑time registration or admin fees, and any third‑party costs already incurred on your behalf, are non‑refundable.
